Per USA Dance guidelines for a competition dance floor, this venue does have the required 40’ x 60’ dance floor.  We also disclose to you that there is a structural pole in the middle of this dance floor. It is not shown on the plan but it will be in the center of the floor 

and is approximately 6”x 6”.
